The Human Rights Information and Training Center (HRITC) announced that it had documented 229 cases of violations in Taiz Governorate, of which the Houthi militia committed 215 violations, 10 of them were committed by armed men outside the framework of the state. In contrast, members of the government army committed one offense, and unknown armed men committed 3 cases.
In its monthly report entitled “Taiz, Renewed Killing in a Dead Truce,” the center said that its field team documented the killing of 7 civilians, including a woman and a child.
While a military commander was assassinated by one of his relatives, who is also a soldier, and 3 civilians were killed by direct gunfire from gunmen outside the framework of the state, while unidentified gunmen killed one child with return fire.
The field center team was able to monitor the injury of 15 civilians, including a woman and 5 children. The Houthi militia caused the injury of 10 of them by snipers, including a woman and 5 children, while 5 others were wounded by direct fire from gunmen outside the framework of the state.
