إعلان الخرطوم بشأن نهج للإنعاش الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والتنمية في أفريقيــــــــا يكون محوره الإنسان : اعتمد بموجب قرار المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي رقم 1988/66 المؤرخ في 28 تموز/يوليه 1988
النظام الداخلي للجنة الحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية
مبادئ توجيهية بشأن الوثائق المتعلقة بمعاهدة محددة التي ينبغي أن تقدمها الدول الأطراف بموجب المادتين 16 و 17 من العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية
مبادي ليمبورغ بشأن تنفيذ العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية اعتمدت من قبل مجموعة خبراء في القانون الدولي في ورشة عمل حول طبيعة ونطاق التزامات الدول الأطراف في العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية، عقدت في (ماستريخت، هولندا) خلال الفترة من 2 إلى 6 حزيران/يونيه 
مبادئ ماستريخت التوجيهية المتعلقة بانتهاكات الحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية اعتمدت من قبل مجموعة خبراء في القانون الدولي في ورشة عمل حول مضون الحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية والمقصود بانتهاكها والمسؤولية عن ذلك وسبل الانتصاف، عقدت في (ماستريخت، هولندا) خلال الفترة من 22 إلى 26 كانون الثاني/يناير 
مذكرة مقدمة من الأمين العام بشأن حالة العهـد الدولــي الخـاص بالحقوق الاقتصاديـة والاجتماعية والثقافية والتحفظات، والانسحابات، والإعلانات والاعتراضات الصادرة بموجب العهد
مذكرة من إعداد الأمانة بشأن اشتراك المنظمات غير الحكومية في أنشطة لجنة الحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية
مذكرة من الأمين العام بشأن حالة العهد الدولــي الخاص بالحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية والتحفظات، والانسحابات، والاعلانات والاعتراضات الصادرة بموجب العهد
