Taiz / Special:
The Human Rights Information and Training Center announced that it had documented 162 cases of violation of civilians in Taiz Governorate during the month of March, the majority of which were committed by the Houthi militia directly and deliberately.
The centre said in its monthly report that its field team was able to document the killing of 18 civilians, including five children and two women, Houthi militias killed 11 civilians, including four children and a woman.
Where Five civilians were killed, including a woman and two children, by artillery shells, missiles and anti-aircraft fire. Where Five civilians were killed by sniper fire of the Houthi militia, including a child, and one soldier was killed by the explosion of a landmine planted by the Houthi militia.
Militants outside the state caused the killing of two civilians and a soldier, including a woman. One civilian was killed by direct bullets and a soldier was killed by an explosive charge and a woman was hanged.
Another civilian was killed by direct bullets of a member of the government army, and a child was killed by a mortar shell fired by members of the government army.
The field centre team was able to monitor the injury of 99 civilians, including 34 children and Seven women, the Houthi militia injured 64 of them, including 14 children and Six women, as 40 civilians, including eight children and two women, were injured by artillery shells of the militia, and Ten soldiers and Two civilians were wounded as a result of the explosion of landmines planted by them. The militia, 12 civilians, including six children and four women, were wounded by Houthi sniper bullets.
Also, one civilian was wounded by direct bullets of militants outside the state, and four soldiers and nine civilians, including three children, were wounded when an explosive device planted by militants outside the country exploded, and 21 civilians, including 17 children and women, were wounded by shells fired by members of the government army.
The field team documented 4 cases of enforced disappearance carried out by the Houthi militia during its campaign to raid exchange shops in the areas of Al-Hawban, Damanah and the airport, confiscating all-new local currencies under the pretext that they are not recognized and arrested a large number of money exchange workers and released some of them and disappeared four civilians and did not announce their place of detention.
The Human Rights Information and Training Center (HRITC) team also documented two cases of assault, one committed by individuals affiliated with multiple factions in the government army.
The field team monitored 39 cases of violations affecting the public and private property, as the field team monitored the occurrence of 5 violations of public property, on top of which the Houthi militia bombed two government schools, the College of Arts, and Al-Thawra Hospital directly, in addition to security personnel storming the judicial complex.
Thirty-four private properties were also documented damaged, as three houses were completely damaged, nine houses were partially, and eight vehicles were damaged as a result of the bombing by the Houthi militia, and the militia blew up six civilian homes.
Militants outside the framework of the state looted and burned a house, while three houses and four vehicles were partially damaged by artillery shelling of members of the government army.
The report indicated that there were six bloody massacres during the past March, the Houthi militia committed four of them, which killed seven civilians, including four children, and wounded 18 civilians, including four children as well.
While members of the government army committed one massacre, which resulted in the death of a child and the wounding of 21 civilians, including 17 children and a woman, and gunmen outside the framework of the state committed another massacre that wounded nine civilians, including three children.
