The Human Rights Information and Training Center (HRITC announced that it had documented 22 violations in February, 15 of which were committed by the Houthi militia, 5 of which were committed by gunmen outside the framework of the state, and two cases by unidentified gunmen.
The center said in its monthly report entitled “Taiz…Killing until further notice” that its field team documented the killing of 3 civilians, including two children.

The center’s field team documented two cases of kidnapping by gunmen outside the framework of the state, who kidnapped the two brothers, Engineers Muhammad Abdel Salam Ahmed Qaid, 28 years old, and Ahmed 23 years old, in Al-Daboua neighborhood in Al-Qahirah district on February 10.
7 cases of violations of private property were documented, 6 of which were committed by the Houthi militia, as it blew up a house, two others were damaged by the explosion with explosive devices, and two others were partially damaged by the militia’s artillery shelling. Houthi gunmen seized a house, while unknown gunmen burned a private vehicle.
