As we started by issuing a new series for the Bulletin of Human Rights Documents, it was necessary to start with the International Bill of Human Rights not because it contains the first important international documents, that is, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, but because this charter – which is aware of the sum of the five basic documents – is considered the first and most important building block for any student or activist in The field of human rights has to be read and is the beginning of a wide range of successive international documents that now fill the legal library.
