Invalidity in the Yemeni Criminal Procedure Law (Comparative study)
The importance of studying invalidity appears in memorizing the practical value of the rules of criminal procedures. These rules should not remain purely theoretical rules. Rather, violating them should entail a penalty that determines the value of the work that he violated, the extent of his money from the effectiveness and role in the proceeding of the case towards its goal of issuing a final ruling In its essence, in addition to the fact that the rules of criminal procedures have legal and social goals, which are to ensure the proper functioning of the judiciary, and to ensure respect for the rights of the defence.
In order to achieve these goals, a penalty is required that ensures respect for the rules that target it. Hence, invalidity is established, and therefore this book invalidates the Yemeni Criminal Procedure Law. A comparative study by Professor Dr. Ilham Al-Aqel, a professor of criminal law participating in the University of Sanaa, as a study and analysis of the texts of Yemeni law that have not been fortunate.
