This book
The publications of this series of our books, which we have planned, continue to be of utmost importance, an important need in the Yemeni library in particular and the Arabic library in general.
The primary interest in the book series should be focused on neglected important historical studies and topics that did not find the right to interest.
That is why the second book on (Al-Moafer) comes an archaeological study of ancient sites in the two areas (Quds, Samea) by the researcher Professor / Bashir Abdel-Raqeeb Saeed.
The importance of this research, in which the researcher made a great effort using several methods according to the nature of the study. The study fills an important gap in Yemeni history, archaeological and rich regions, but they, like any other rich Yemeni region, are neglected and absent from the archaeological record and the history of scientific research.
This book is an important addition, documentation and description we need for a vigilant memory of an important history that has fallen into the circles of forgetfulness and neglect for many years and painful years, and we now need to restore consideration to this history for a bright future. The book transports us to historical places in the heart of the Ma’afir (Taiz) i.e., a listener and sanctuary in the Al-Hajriyah area, to find that while we are walking in these mountains far from the interest and light, they were once the centre of light for the future and the making of civilization. It is an outstanding research effort that deserves respect, and serious reading.
