The monthly report issued by the Human Rights Information and Training Center (HRITC) referred to the areas affected by the bombing of the Houthi militia, as it intensified its artillery and missile shelling on the soil in Al-Shamatin and Wadi Al-Qadi in Al-Mudhaffar District and the village of Al-Dubi in Al-Qabaita with mortar shells, as well as the bombardment of Wadi Al-Tabdad in Al-Mudhafar District and Al-Dhuba neighborhood in the Cairo Directorate with anti-flight.

The report also touched on the continuing state of security chaos and the continuation of assassinations, killings, looting and attacks by armed men outside the country or individuals affiliated with factions in the government army or unidentified persons who raise chaos, which made the security situation more complex day after day, which exposes official authorities to accountability for crimes. Armed groups that reach crimes against humanity, as the official authorities have not announced any public position against these armed groups and have not taken any measures against them that prevent them from committing crimes and violations that have become systematic and clear, which places responsibility directly on the leaders of the National Army and the official authorities.
