According to documented monitoring, the Houthi militia has already kidnapped ten children and more than a hundred men from different villages and feared for their serious lives, as some of them were transferred to the Al-Saleh detention camp in the Al-Hawban area of Taiz, a city that has turned into a very dangerous secret prison and it is known that it is a slaughterhouse to torture anti-Houthi opponents.
The Human Rights Information and Training Center (HRITC), a regional organization that has a consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council, described the grave violations and excessive use of force as crimes against humanity.
The photos of the killing and the mutilation of corpses confirm the Houthi methodology for committing crimes against humanity, violating the rules of international humanitarian law and human rights.
HRITC called on the United Nations Organization represented by the High Commissioner for Human Rights, the Security Council and the Special Envoy to Yemen to work seriously in order to save the lives of dozens of families who suffer certain death.
The Center also called for the speedy disclosure of the fate of the kidnapped people, especially children, and their release.
