The Human Rights Information and Rehabilitation Center (HRITC) announced that it documented 32 cases of violations during last November in Taiz Governorate, of which the Houthi militia committed 25 violations, and armed men outside the state committed 5 violations, while unidentified gunmen committed two violations.
The center said in its monthly report entitled “A Truce of Death and a Continuing Siege” that its field team documented the killing of 4 civilians by the Houthi, 3 of whom were killed by mortar shells, while another civilian was killed by a landmine planted by the Houthi.
The field center team was able to monitor the injury of 5 civilians, including a child. The Houthi militia caused two injuries, including a child, with mortar shells, and 3 civilians were injured by direct bullets from gunmen outside the state.
The Center’s field team documented one case of mass displacement carried out by armed men outside the framework of the state, and 22 cases of violations of private property were documented, as 9 houses were partially damaged, 3 others completely, and 7 vehicles were damaged by Houthi artillery shelling.
A house was also partially damaged as a result of a vehicle being burned by unknown gunmen, and a house was completely damaged as a result of a bomb explosion thrown by gunmen outside the state.
