133violations documented by the Information and Rehabilitation Center for Human Rights last March in Taiz .

-The Human Rights Information and Training Center (hritc) revealed its documentation of 133 violations committed against civilians in Taiz Governorate during the month of March 2020 AD, Committed by a number of parties in the various directorates of the province.
-Among the most prominent of which were the killing of 20 civilians, including 5 children and 3 women, the Houthi militia killed 13 civilians, 10 of them killed civilians, including 3 children and a woman, during the Houthi militia’s bombardment of residential neighbourhoods with various shells, They committed 3 bloody massacres in one day, killing 8 civilians, including two children and a woman, and wounding 6 civilians .
-One civilian was killed by direct fire by the Houthi militia, and a militia sniper killed one child and a woman was killed by a mine explosion planted by the Houthi militia, and gunmen outside the country killed one civilian,
Causing unidentified gunmen killed 3 civilians by direct fire, one woman by hanging and burning in front of her children. Armed members of the army factions killed two civilians including a child.
-The center’s field team documented the injury of 11 civilians, including 4 children and two women. The Houthi militia injured 8 including two children and two women, all of whom were injured by the projectiles that the militia threw into residential neighborhoods, while 3 civilians including two children were wounded by unidentified gunmen .
-The Center’s field team documented 3 cases of violations of freedom of opinion and expression, two cases committed by armed individuals in the army, and a third case committed by armed men outside the framework of the State .
-The field team of the Center for Information and Rehabilitation for Human Rights documented 46 cases of displacement from the marginalized to the camp of the displaced in the center of Tor Al-Baha Directorate, who fled from their homes close to the military confrontations between the Houthi militia and government forces in the village of Habour al-Aqroud “Ras al-Naqil” in the loan area south of Taiz .
-The field team of the Human Rights Information and Rehabilitation Center documented a kidnapping case committed by the Houthi militia .
-The field team monitored 52 cases of violations of public and private property between burning, looting, destruction and partial and total damage, including 4 cases of public property and 48 cases of private property.
-Where the Houthi militia damaged the burns department and the former operations building of Al-Thawra Hospital due to the artillery bombardment, and burned 160 tons of wheat from the humanitarian aid provided by the World Food Program .
-A police station building was damaged by clashes between gunmen outside the state and members of the government army, and a court in West Taiz was stormed by armed individuals in the government army .
-With regard to private property, the Houthi militia has damaged 34 private properties, where 5 houses were totally destroyed, 14 others were partially damaged, 3 vehicles were destroyed, and 7 other vehicles were damaged by intense shelling with various medium and heavy weapons, and Houthi gunmen destroyed 5 shops.
-While unidentified gunmen stormed a house and burned a private car, 5 private buildings were partially damaged due to clashes between gunmen outside the country, and 3 houses and 4 special vehicles were damaged as a result of clashes between gunmen outside the country and members of the government army .
-The monthly report touched on the intensification of the Houthi militia’s bombing of the Al-Zahra and Qalaba neighborhood, east of the city, which is one of the most stricken neighborhoods due to the bombing and sniping over the past years during the war, It also bombed the old airport neighborhood in the west of the city and the “almatar” neighborhoods in the north of the city, and intensified its bombardment of Al-Mafalees villages in Al-Baha stage and the attack village in Al-Abs in Haifan .
-The report dealt with what the Houthi militia-controlled areas witness to a number of clashes between armed men and members of the Houthi militia as the Directorate of Sharab, which raised terror among civilians and left a lot of property damage and a number of deaths on both sides, In addition to civilian victims and injured, the Center’s team also found documentation one of the victims’ information .
-Missile clashes also occurred between the Houthis on Siteen Street on March 20, and the shells between them reached neighboring neighborhoods and villages .
-And due to the siege and restrictions imposed on civilians, the Houthi militia prevented citizens leaving the city and entering the Hajda and Al Barah area, especially the people of Sharab and Shamir, and the cemetery, from entering without expressing any special reason. The Hijda is the main market for these villages, and this led to the accumulation of vehicles in the areas of Haraz and Al Khalafah .
-In the liberated areas, security disturbances and imbalances are still witnessed as a result of the multiplicity of armed groups outside the framework of the state that are practicing a number of outlawed acts, from looting and breaking into homes and shops, interrupting roads and clashes in residential neighborhoods, causing terror among civilians, imposing royalties and other acts that undermine security and stability .
-The assassinations of leaders and individuals in security and resistance by unknown armed men, in addition to this, continue assault and looting of civilians, and amounted to storming a woman’s house and killing her by hanging and burning her in front of her children .
