The report, entitled “Hidden and declared killing”, dealt with the issue of assassinations of symbols and persons from the Taiz resistance, who were the most resistant to the Houthi and Saleh groups, most of them fighters on the fronts, were killed after they returned to their civilian lives, where they were monitored and assassinated in semi-

The information center said that the assassination was carried out through professionals who can escape and disappear quickly, and the weapons of implementation and the tools of crime and the accuracy of implementation casts the shadow of those who were behind the professional bodies and strong potential that could penetrate the city and monitor information and implement and mute movement, the report added that those assassinations were systematic And one segment combines the objective of resistance to Houthi and Saleh, and that assassinations are carried out for people after their return to civilian life and are carried out in public places, with a high degree of precision and professionalism and thus not a casual or random killing;

The report said that no actual information or investigations of the actors have been shown to the beneficiaries, which is a weakness of the security services. 108 cases of assassination were recorded during the past months in less than a year (until the beginning of September) ), The victims are individuals and high-ranking officers who belong to units of police and army loyal to the Yemeni government. According to the monitoring records and the statements of military leaders, (82) soldiers belonging to the 22nd Brigade Mika were the victims of assassinations by unknown armed gangs, and that (21) officers and soldiers of the military site in Mount Han west of the city of Taiz, which witnessed continuous clashes were assassinated in the center of the city Taiz by unidentified gunmen. The report also addressed the general situation of Taiz in light of the heavy daily bombardment of neighborhoods, cities, villages and countryside without interruption,

In addition to the deteriorating economic situation in light of the salary cuts and the scarcity of humanitarian, food and medical aid. He also referred to the deteriorating health situation due to the depletion of oil derivatives and the suspension of the operational budget in Al Thawra Hospital, the largest governmental hospital in the province. The report revealed the growing cultivation of Houthi militia and mine clearance significantly in the areas they control or withdraw from, such as the area of Madarat, which discovered the fields of mines strapped with strings planted by the militias Huthi Saleh heavily in the outskirts of the orbits and the perimeter of the hill Madarat towards the street and soap west of the city of Taiz . PCHR stressed that the monitoring team is facing great difficulty in monitoring the damage to public and private property as a result of the intensification of the fighting and daily and intensive bombardment by the Houthi Saleh militia, which has prevented the field team from monitoring all public and private properties that have suffered total and partial damage, especially in the countryside and areas under displacement.
